Ready to Party at HIE 2024 !

  This year, the Expo Park that surrounds the auditorium, where the main conference takes place, is even bigger!

Just over 100 booths fill the three regions with color, humor, information, and art. Many of the stands have freebies - some exclusive to this event! and just about all of them have notecards, landmarks, and weblinks so you can learn more about the people and places they showcase.

The HIE event begins on Friday April 19 at 11am SLT with a kick-off party in the park, a good excuse to get out and see the sights. Entertainment will be by Zoree Jupiter, DJMarlon Wayne, and Zeno Stark. On Saturday April 20, following the conference, there will be an opportunity to revisit the park with your friends as while listening to some great rock'n'roll by Wolem Wobbit.

 O que a palavra HIE significa para si? Provavelmente já leu alguma coisa sobre ela, mas talvez não se tenha debruçado sobre o seu verdadeiro significado. A Hypergrid International Expo (HIE) é uma conferência e um evento artístico para mundos virtuais, que estão ligados entre si através da hiper-rede OpenSim. 

Nem todos os criadores de OpenSim são fluentes em inglês, mas nesta conferência todos os residentes explicam, nas suas próprias línguas, os mundos que criaram, os problemas que ultrapassaram, as suas invenções, experiências e a sua arte e, para que todos possam seguir as palestras, há legendas em alemão, francês, italiano, espanhol e, sim, também em inglês! 

Was ist HIE?

 HIE ist das Akronym des offiziellen Namens „**Hypergrid International Expo**“. Trotz des englischen Namens handelt es sich um eine mehrsprachige Veranstaltung, die vollständig in den virtuellen Welten von OpenSim stattfindet. Es vereint eine internationale Konferenz, eine Reihe großer künstlerischer Veranstaltungen und einen Ausstellungspark mit Informationskiosken über eine Vielzahl virtueller Welten, die über das OpenSim-Hypergrid miteinander verbunden sind.

HIE Auditorium

Vor allem ermöglicht die Veranstaltung OpenSim-Erstellern, die eine andere Sprache als Englisch sprechen, die von ihnen geschaffenen Welten, die von ihnen gelösten Probleme, oder noch ihre Innovationen, ihre Erfahrungen und ihre Kunst in ihrer eigenen Sprache zu präsentieren. Damit es jeder versteht, sind die Vorträge und Aufführungen alle in Deutsch, Französisch, Italienisch, Spanisch, Portugiesisch und Englisch untertitelt. Dies ist eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, die reiche Kreativität des OpenSim-Metaversums zu entdecken.

HIE: spettacolo e comunità

 Che significato ha per te la parola HIE? Probabilmente hai letto qualcosa a proposito, ma forse non ti sei soffermato sul suo vero significato. HIE sta per Hypergrid International Expo ossia l'Esposizione Internazionale dell'Ipergrid. Ipergrid non è facilmente traducibile in italiano, ma si riferisce alla possibilità di viaggiare tra un mondo virtuale all'altro. Questa peculiarità propria di opensim apre enorme possibilità di confrontarsi con culture e società diverse della nostra e di conseguenza ampliare i nostri orizzonti. 

Quando e dove

HIE non ci limita all'uso della sola lingua inglese ma permette a ciascuno di esprimersi nella propria lingua. La prossima edizione, si terrà dal 19 al 21 aprile su Craft grid, e avrà presentazioni in tedesco, francese, portoghese e italiano. Ogni presentazione verrà accompagnato da 'sottotitoli' in tutte le altre lingue, compreso l'inglese (non vogliamo escludere nessuno!) in modo che tutti possano seguire il messaggio di questi interessanti relazioni.
